Hi, I am Anne Williams.
As a highly experienced hypnotherapist, I can help you to get free from the negative thoughts, emotions and beliefs that are holding you back, and significantly improve your physical and mental wellbeing in the process.

I will provide you with a series of evidence-based tools and techniques to help you overcome your current challenges and improve your mental resilience. You must be willing to explore new solutions and be prepared to put what you’ve learned into practice – but a little effort now will almost certainly lead to the results you long for later on. And, of course, I will be here to provide you with all the support and encouragement you need as you move forward to achieve the outcomes you want.

I called my hypnotherapy practice Transforming Health because that’s exactly what I set out to do – transform your health and wellbeing for the better.

I will not only introduce you to healthy ways of coping with stress and insomnia and reducing anxiety; I will ultimately help you develop a more optimistic outlook that will reinforce a positive mindset, even in challenging circumstances.

My aim is to help you shift your thinking so you can manage, and often banish, the unhelpful emotional responses that are preventing you from being truly happy.

A good night’s sleep is crucial to our health, not to mention our ability to function at work and at home. If you’re struggling to get enough sleep, don’t resign yourself to the notion that you’ll have to rely on sleeping pills all the time. Seek help as soon as you can. I can teach you how to break the vicious cycle of insomnia and sleep better for good.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) can be worsened by stress and anxiety. Contrary to what you might have been told, you don’t just have to live with it. Hypnotherapy can help you reduce your symptoms and start feeling more comfortable and confident in your body again.


I use hypnosis to give both mum and baby a calm, comfortable and easy birth. I particularly specialise in supporting women who are anxious about labour due to past difficult birthing experiences. All my hypnobirthing sessions are carried out on a bespoke basis and tailored to your needs.
